1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities (subject to availability)
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your selected shipping method
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Courier service information
- Link to track your package
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@zainuzidu.com.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. You may be contacted to arrange redelivery or pickup, and additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact the courier service using your tracking number

9. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at support@zainuzidu.com
- Do not discard the packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
10. Customs and Duties
For domestic shipments within India, there are no customs duties. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
11. Peak Season Shipping
During peak shopping seasons (festivals, holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. We'll notify you of any expected delays and appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
